A fresh Chrono Odyssey announcement has dropped! The devs have once again affirmed that the Chrono Odyssey Closed Beta Test is on the way and have confirmed that it will be happening in June! Here’s everything we know.
Chrono Odyssey Closed Beta Test Confirmed For June
The Chrono Odyssey team dropped a pretty exciting CBT announcement trailer on YouTube, showing off some characters in the game with some epic music and voiceover. However, the most interesting information came at the end – confirming that the Chrono Odyssey Closed Beta Test is coming in June.
An exact date hasn’t been revealed. However, the Chrono Odyssey also shared a Tweet tagging Summer Games Fest. This year’s edition of Summer Games Fest is happening on June 6, so it means we can at the very least expect more news then, and at best the CBT could launch right after some June 6 news. We’ll just have to wait and see!
Chrono Odyssey CBT Details Revealed
Moving on from the date, some further details have been revealed about the Chrono Odyssey Closed Beta Test. The content will be quite limited, with only three playable classes (Swordsman, Ranger, and Berserker) and “early main story quests”.
This means it really will be more like a traditional beta, focusing on testing core aspects of the game, rather than a modern gaming beta which is more like an early preview marketing effort. With that said, things could still change, and we’ll keep you updated as and when new information comes in!
